Access Information
Wheelchair Access
The main floor of the cathedral is wheelchair accessible via a side entrance. The pathways inside are wide, allowing for navigation through the nave and around the ambulatory. The Cathedral Treasury is also barrier-free. Accessible toilets are available near the tower entrance.
South Tower Climb
Please be aware that the South Tower is not accessible to wheelchair users or those with significant mobility impairments. Access is via a narrow, 533-step spiral staircase with no elevator.
Visitors with Visual or Hearing Impairments
Audio guides are available for rent, which can assist visually impaired visitors. Guided tours for the interior and treasury are barrier-free. Assistance dogs are permitted inside the cathedral.
